Chimney Tower

Chimney tower, also known as torch tower, refers to the chimney support tower, exhaust emission tower, chimney auxiliary support tower, etc.

The main method is to support the supported pipe body with a steel structure support frame, and the structural forms are self-supporting and pulling. And it is mostly used in departments such as petrochemical and combustible gas emissions, with a height range of 10-200 meters.

The main function of a chimney is to pull out flames and smoke, exhaust smoke, and improve combustion conditions. Inside high-rise buildings, there are generally varying numbers of vertical shafts such as stairwells, exhaust ducts, air supply ducts, smoke exhaust ducts, elevator shafts, and pipeline shafts. When the indoor temperature is higher than the outdoor temperature, the indoor hot air naturally rises along these vertical channels due to its low density, and seeps out from the high-rise part through the gaps of doors and windows and various holes. The outdoor cold air, due to its high density, is supplemented by the infiltration from the lower layer, forming the chimney effect.
